The Ethics Commission’s Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) will serve as the agency’s principal staff member overseeing the intake of disclosure submissions to the agency. The CCO will both conduct personal follow up on submissions and delinquent filings, along with oversee the activities of the Compliance Paralegal, the Compliance Clerk, and any additional staff dedicated to the agency’s compliance function. Additionally, the CCO will also oversee personnel assigned to intake, process and support compliance with ordinance and regulations.

The Compliance Clerk will assist in creating, developing, and maintaining the existing program, which serves as a repository for financial disclosures and outside employment records for county employees.
